Answering Machine


Type in an Answering Machine message for people to read when you have the machine on. It will only allow a few sentences, so pick your words wisely. With "Answering Machine On" checked you will NOT recieve messages.




Answering Machine


This is the Answering Machine itself. It can fill up very quickly so you should go back through here sometimes and edit your answering machine. Notice that the Answering Machine "On" checkbox is unchecked in this example. This means that the machine is turned off - and therefore you can be paged to PowWow.


The Reply Button to respond to a message. If you reply it is a small interface (example below) for that purpose.


The Delete Button removes one individual message, after you hilight the unwanted message click this button.


The Delete All Button will erase the entire list in a blink, so be careful about meaning to hit the delte button but hitting the delete all.


The PowWow Button sends a request for a PowWow to the user you have hilighted on the list.


The Help Button will present the Powwow.hlp (PowWow Help File) to you opened to the context in which you ask for the help.


The Close Button will close the Answering Machine window.




Email Reply 

This is for sending a reply through your answering machine.


Message Alert 

This pops-up each time you receive a message until you check the checkbox for "Do not show this message in the future."

After you have made your changes in configuration this button commits the changes to memory in your pc.

Cancel Button

Clicking this will not record any changes in memory, and closes the window.
